Not all
heroes have noble ideals and motivational speeches. Sometimes they just want a
nice slice of pizza and to get paid on time. If you were already hooked on the
first half of the series, hold on because the madness continues. This Saturday
we were surprised by the third promotional trailer of Scum
of the Brave (Yusha no Kuzu), accompanied by a brand new visual
art. With this material, the producers confirmed that the second cour of
the series will start engines without breaks this coming April 11.
The new
voices that join the massacre
A story
full of tough guys and out-of-control powers needs vocal cords to measure up.
The production committee did not hold anything back and advanced the two mega
additions that join the cast for this second half. Check out the legends who
will be in front of the microphone bringing Hokkaido's worst
(and most charismatic) threats to life:
- Tomokazu
Sugita as Father Ayashima
Gintoki
Sakata in Gintama and Escanor in The Seven Deadly Sins.
- Ayumu
Murase as Lord Hazeru Seito
Shoyo
Hinata in Haikyuu!! and Iruma Suzuki in Welcome to
Demon School! Iruma-kun.
The
rhythm that will accompany the OLM study
We already
know who is shouting, but who is adding flavor to the blows? Today's
announcement also uncovered the musical themes that will
accompany us during the coming months. The famous trio ClariS will
be in charge of injecting energy into the Opening with their song
entitled "Revive". To close the episodes and lower
our adrenaline, the rock band w.o.d. will play the ending
called "Non-Fiction". All this under the brutal
direction of Shinji Ushiro at the OLM studio, who keep
Kenichiro Suehiro composing that soundtrack that makes us vibrate in each
fight.
What is
this madness of gangsters and magic about?
If you're
just discovering this great action manga, I'll summarize it for
you. We are in an alternative 21st century where mobsters with
fat wallets undergo clandestine surgeries to transform themselves into
authentic Demon Kings. To stop these corporate monsters there are
the "Braves", lethal bounty hunters. Enter Yashiro, our
protagonist. He is not interested in saving the world, he just wants his cold
beer, his pizza and playing cards. But when a trio of young hunters offer him a
mountain of bills for being their private tutor, the guy accepts. What seemed
like easy money turns into a hell of bullets and magic in a matter of seconds.
