The launch of a new line of figures titled “Neon Genesis Evangelion Desktop Army” was announced, in celebration of the launch of the movie Evangelion: 3.0 + 1.0: Thrice Upon a Time . Fans will be able to get small figures of the characters Rei Ayanami, Asuka Langley Shikinami and Mari Illustrious Makinami. Each of these figures contains a series of accessories and will be available for pre-order from June 4, to finally be released in October.

Designed by illustrator Rondo Bell, each of these figures has its own elements that make them special. Additionally, those who buy the three figures will be able to combine the individual pieces to create the transport ship. As mentioned, in addition to the figures, various accessories are also included. These objects are interchangeable between each figure.
