In the twentieth chapter of the spin-off manga written and illustrated by Ouhashi, Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku, it was revealed that the series will enter its plot climax with the chapter to be published on June 29.

Ouhashi began publishing the manga on the Shonen Jump Plus website by publisher Shueisha on January 20. The series is a spin-off of the manga written and illustrated by Yuuji Kaku, Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku (although both are written the same, the spin-off is written in hiragana while the original work is written in kanji).

Kaku began publishing the original manga on the Shueisha publisher's Shonen Jump Plus website in January 2018. The publisher published the tenth compilation volume on June 4.

Synopsis of Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku

The story centers on Gabimaru, who was once respected as the strongest ninja, but who has now given up his trade, breaking the laws of his village. After being captured, he states that he has nothing left to live on, however, due to his superhuman powers obtained by his intense training, he is unable to die, despite the town's multiple attempts at execution.

Executioner Sagiri Asaemon tells him that he does not die not only because of his training, but because there is something that ties him to this world, and assigns him a mission to obtain forgiveness for his crime and find what ties him to this world: find the elixir of immortality.
