On the official site for the series of light novels written by Izushiro and illustrated by Ruria Miyuki, Saikyou Mahoushi no Inton Keikaku, the cover of the eleventh volume that will be released in Japan on August 1 was revealed.
Izushiro began publishing the novels on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in 2015, and subsequently Hobby Japan Publishing began its paper publishing with illustrations by Ruria Miyuki in February 2017. The publisher published the tenth volume on June 1. February.
A manga adaptation by Yuu Uonuma has been published on the Hobby Japan publisher's Comic Fire website since 2017.
Synopsis for Saikyou Mahoushi no Into Keikaku
A hundred years ago, out of nowhere, humanity faced a new enemy and was gradually banished from its territories. This enemy was an abomination known as "Fiends", and its devastating power made human military technology of that time obsolete. Now, humanity still aspires to reclaim their territories again, and the remnants have been distributed in seven countries.
Alus Reigin, a sorcerer from the Alpha Nation, has been fighting the Fiends since the age of six, and has claimed more territory for humanity than any other living wizard. However, one day, at 16, he requested his withdrawal from the armed forces. Naturally, the army could not accept his request, so they reached an agreement, he must attend the Second School of Magic and train a successor to be able to withdraw.
