Shoko Nakagawa will perform the new ending of Hakushon Daimaou 2020

On the official Twitter account for the Hakushon Daimaou 2020 series, it was announced that singer Shoko Nakagawa, also known as Shokotan, will perform the new closing song for the series with the single titled "FureFure." The song will debut in the new episode that will air on July 11.
The lyrics of the song were co-written by Yuho Iwasato and Nakagawa herself. In addition, the choreography "FureFure Dance" was composed by the popular YouTuber Neo, who has almost five million followers on her channel.

Furthermore, the series premiered on April 11 through the Japanese channel Yomiuri TV and celebrates the fiftieth anniversary of the series released in 1969. This anime inspired a sequel titled Yobarete Tobidete Akubi-chan released in 2001, as well as a live-action film released in 2013.

  • Hiroko Kanasugi (Diabolik Lovers MB, RobiHachi) is in charge of writing the scripts for the series.
  • Suzuka Yoshida (Nanchatte Vampiyan, Yobarete Tobidete Akubi-chan, Mach Girl) is making the original character designs, and Shin Takemoto in conjunction with Masatsune Noguchi are adapting these designs to animation.
  • Takamitsu Shimazaki, Hiroshi Sasaki and Teppei Shimizu are in charge of composing the soundtrack.
Synopsis of Hakushon Daimaou 2020

The anime's story unfolds 50 years after the events of the 1969 anime, with Kan-chan's grandson Kantarou Yodayama meeting Akubi as she is on her way to becoming queen. In the human world, Katarou and Akubi go on multiple adventures, get jobs, and learn the importance of dreaming.
