As it happens annually, the final days of each year are also days of suspension of broadcasts of the seasonal series. This is due to multiple factors, but the main one is the fact that the anime series lend their programming blocks for the Christmas and New Year specials that the television stations have prepared.
The popular Japanese leaker Ryokutya listed all the series that have suspensions scheduled for the end of this year, recalling that they have nothing to do with production problems or any related problems, but are part of the schedule. The list is subject to change, and is as follows:
Sunday Series
- Pretty Cure : Suspends on January 1, resumes on January 8.
- One Piece : Compilation on December 25, suspends on January 1, resumes on January 8.
- Boruto: Naruto Next Generations : Suspends on January 1, resumes on January 8.
- Yuusha Party wo Tsuihou sareta Beast Tamer, Saikyoushu no Nekomimi Shoujo to Deau : Episodio final el 25 de diciembre.
- Peter Grill to Kenja no Jikan: Super Extra : Final episode on December 25.
- Digimon Ghost Game : Suspends on January 1, resumes on January 8.
