On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga written by Ryohgo Narita and illustrated by Shinta Fujimoto , Dead Mount Death Play , the second promotional video for the project was revealed. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for April 10 in Japan , but also announces that the series will last for two arcs (two quarters) that will air separately. In fact, the video also announces that the second part will be released in October of this year.
Narita and Fujimoto began publishing the manga through Square Enix 's Young Gangan magazine in October 2017, where it is still in publication. Ryohgo Narita is also a writer for works like Durarara!! , Baccano! and Fate/strange Fake , which have already inspired their anime adaptations on their own. On the other hand, Shinta Fujimoto has assisted Narita in Baccano! and also wrote the Red Raven manga .
