Stone anime is
preparing for its definitive denouement. After the broadcast of the final
episode of the second part of Science Future, it was confirmed
that Cour 3 will arrive in 2026 and will
serve as the closure of the entire story. The announcement was accompanied by a
new visual in which Senku appears, reminding that the scientific adventure is
nearing its conclusion.
The
animated adaptation of Riichiro Inagaki and Boichi's manga
began in 2019 with a first season of 24 episodes. This was followed by Stone
Wars in 2021 with 11 episodes, and Stone: New World in
2023 with 23 episodes divided into two parts. A special episode starring Ryusui
was also released in July 2022. The fourth season, Science Future,
was announced early on as the last.

Entertainment studio
has been in charge of the animation of the franchise. Crunchyroll has
streamed all seasons globally, while Netflix has the first two

definitively close the television project.
The
legacy of manga
The
original Dr. Stone manga concluded in March 2022 after 5 years

made the work one of the most distinctive proposals of modern shonen.
