The
universe of Kaijuu Decode continues to grow. The official
website of the multimedia project announced the production of a new anime
titled Kaijuu Decode: Aidara no Yubiwa, which is scheduled to
premiere in 2026. The news was accompanied by a visual teaser and the reveal of
the main creative team.
An
experienced team behind the project
The
direction and design will be in charge of Ichirou Kutome Design Studio,
while the production will be carried out by Kouichi Noguchi, known
for his work on Seikaisuru Kado. The animation will be a
collaboration between Tsuburaya Productions and Toei
Animation, the same studios responsible for the first anime in the
franchise.
A
preview for fans
As part of
the promotion, a special event will be held at the 52nd Sakai Festival on
October 19. Voice actor Hiroaki Miura (Saint Seiya: Knights
of the Zodiac) and producer Kouichi Noguchi will be
present there, who will share more details of the new project.
The
origins of Kaijuu Decode
The Kaijuu
Decode project began in 2021 with an anime produced by ARECT. Later,
in February 2024, the virtual reality video game Kaijuu Decode: Super
Multiverse MR was released, available for Meta Quest 3 and Meta
Quest Pro. With this new installment, the franchise is preparing to take
another important step in its expansion.
