The light novel series written by Yusura Kankitsu and illustrated by Hagane Tsuguri , Isekai Shihai no Skill Taker - Zero Kara Hajimeru Dorei Harem is reported to have exceeded one million copies in circulation.
The novels have been published by Kankitsu and Hagane since 2014 through the Kodansha publishing house , and a total of ten volumes have been published to date. The novels are inspiring a manga adaptation drawn by Tomoe Kasahara , which has been published on Kodansha publisher's Suiyoubi no Sirius website since 2016. The publisher has so far published a total of eight volumes.
Synopsis of Isekai Shihai no Skill Taker
Konoe Yuuto was summoned to another world in which the slave trade is fully permitted. There, using his “Skill Taker” trap skill, he begins to steal the abilities of the monsters he defeats, and begins to build a slave harem while waiting to retreat and fully live the rest of his life.
