A Japanese artist shares videos of his burning katana

No one can deny that katanas are a characteristic element of Japan that attracts quite a lot of foreign audiences, mainly young people, and that they are also a key piece in several of the most popular anime in the industry. That is why a Twitter user named Kiwamu Miyakubo, probably inspired by the renowned scene from the anime adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge, Kimetsu no Yaiba (also known as Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba) in which Tanjiro Kamado infuses his sword into flames, started posting videos emulating this scene.
Kiwamu, who introduces himself as "a person who makes beautiful fire shine," created a complete series of videos in which he infuses his flaming katana and makes a diagonal cut, forming an arc of fire. He recently posted a longer video explaining the creative process.

Likewise, he also shared a second video, which shows a recording taken from a frontal plane.
Regardless, Kiwamu hasn't revealed what process he uses to set his katana on fire, so he maintains an aura of mystery about it. In addition, it becomes more unpredictable given the video in which he infuses his katana with green flames, the product of a chemical mixture.

Finally, Kiwamu posted a video in which he infuses his burning katana into a traditional Japanese room, with paper walls and some other easily flammable items. Maybe a "never do it indoors" warning?
