Watanabe and Okushou completed the publication of the Real Account manga in November 2019. Watanabe (Kono Kanojo wa Fiction desu) was in charge of the art, and Okushou of the story.
The pair began publishing the manga in Kodansha's Bessatsu Shonen Magazine in February 2014. The work subsequently moved to Weekly Shonen Magazine from the same publisher in January 2015, and returned in June 2018 to the first magazine. Kodansha compiled the manga in 24 volumes, publishing the last one in December 2019.
