About KonoSuba!
It is a series of light novels written by Natsume Akatsuki, who published them on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website between December 2012 and October 2013. Subsequently, the Kadokawa publishing house, through the Sneaker Bunko label, began its publication on paper with illustrations by Kurona Mishima in October 2013. The publisher published the seventeenth volume on May 1, which ended the series.
The play has inspired multiple adaptations to other media, such as manga, anime, and video games. The anime adaptation featured twenty episodes divided into two seasons, produced by Studio Deen under the direction of Takaomi Kanasaki and scripts written by Makoto Uezu, and released in January 2016 and January 2017, respectively.
Subsequently, a film titled Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! Was released. Kurenai Densetsu, which had the same production team, except that it was J.C. Staff those who were in charge of the animation. The feature film premiered in Japan in August 2019.
