There are many ways to celebrate Pac-Man's 40th anniversary… why not do it with a nice bottle of refreshing sake?
The first product in the Game Legend Sake Series line has been announced under the name Pac-Man 40th Anniversary Sake and consists of a collection of alcoholic beverages representing Pac-Man, Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde.
These striking bottles will be launched in Japan on July 4 and each 720 milliliter bottle will cost the equivalent of about $ 600 Mexican pesos ¥ 3,000 yen.
A sixth edition will combine Pac-Man with singer Takahashi Hosokawa (who is turning 45 years old) in pixel art, commemorating groups of fans and ... anniversaries. The entire collection would cost ¥ 18,000 Japanese yen.
Although they are different colors, the flavor of it is the same: Junmai-shu (a combination of pure koji rice sake and fermented water).
