Ryou is
thrilled to be reincarnated into the fantastical world of Phi, where he
believes he will be able to live a quiet life learning to use his newfound
water magic. However, going with the flow means something very different. Ryou
is immediately confronted by the wild lands he finds himself in and the
multitude of deadly monsters that inhabit the remote subcontinent. You'd think
he'd forget to take it easy when he's stuck fighting for his life, but luckily
for Ryou, he's optimistic by nature, intelligent, and blessed with the hidden
trait of "Eternal Youth."
Twenty
years pass in the blink of an eye, and each encounter along the way brings him
one step closer to the pinnacle of human magic. But he doesn't realize that
this is only the first chapter of his story. A fateful encounter soon thrusts
Ryou into the foreground of history, forever changing the course of his life…
Thus begins the adventures of the strongest water mage the world has ever seen,
who also likes to do things at his own pace!
