On the official Twitter account for light novels written by Tsukasa Fushimi and illustrated by Hiro Kanzaki, Ore no Imouto ga Konna or Kawaii Wake ga Nai (also known as Oreimo), it was announced that the "Ayase If" route will be adapted to manga .
The adaptation will be done by Keiji Watari and will begin to be published on the Shonen Ace Plus website of the Kadokawa publisher this month. For its part, the fourteenth volume of Oreimo, which in turn is the second volume of the Ayase route, will be published on June 10.

For his part, Tsukasa Fushimi began publishing the light novels through the Kadokawa publishing house in August 2008 with illustrations by Hiro Kanzaki. The main route ended with twelve volumes, the last one being published in June 2013.

However, six years later, in August 2019, a thirteenth volume was published that started a new route based on the character Ayase Aragaki. The play also inspired a twelve-episode anime adaptation released in October 2010 and produced by AIC Build Studios. A second season premiered in April 2013 and had thirteen episodes, this time being produced by A-1 Pictures studios.

Synopsis of Oreimo

Kyosuke Kosaka is an ordinary 17-year-old boy who lives in Chiba, and who has had a terrible relationship with his sister Kirino in recent years. Since he can remember Kirino has been quite cruel to him and despises him. Now, being 14 years old, it seems that this type of relationship will continue like this.

However, one day, Kyosuke finds a DVD with a magical girl anime lying in the doorway of his house. To his surprise, what was actually inside the box was an eroge (an adult game) and he soon discovers that it belongs to Kirino. Fortunately, it seems that this fact could be the trigger for a reconciliation between the two.
