Tate no Yuusha no Toaru Ichinichi spin-off manga ends

The final chapter of the spin-off manga written and illustrated by Akagashi, Tate no Yuusha no Toaru Ichinichi, was published in issue # 82 of Dengeki Daioh G magazine from Kadokawa publishing house.


Akagashi began publishing the comedy spin-off manga in Kadokawa's Dengeki Daioh G magazine in September 2018. The publisher published the second compilation volume in December 2019, and will publish the third and final volume in August.

For their part, the original light novels, Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari, are written by Aneko Yusagi, who started publishing on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in 2012 and finished it in 2015. Subsequently, Media Factory publishing started its paper publication with illustrations by Minami Seira in August 2013, and the publisher published the twenty-second volume in June 2019. The manga adaptation is published in Monthly Comic Flapper magazine by Media Factory publisher and is edited by Aiya Kyuu.

Synopsis for Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari

Naofumi Iwatani, an uncharismatic otaku who spends his days in games and manga, suddenly finds himself summoned to a parallel universe. Discover that he is one of the four heroes equipped with legendary weapons and is tasked with saving the world from its destruction prophesied as the Hero of the Shield, the weakest of heroes. But not everything is as it seems, Naofumi is soon alone, penniless and betrayed. With no one to turn to and no place to go, only his shield remains. Now Naofumi must rise to become the legendary Shield Hero and save the world!
