The Ikusa-Otome no Shokutaku spin-off short series will premiere in Japan in July.

It was announced that the short film series Ikusa-Otome no Shokutaku based on the smartphone game Honkai Impact 3rd, will premiere on Japanese television through BS NTV channels and others starting next July 7.

The series already premiered in June 2019 through the Chinese streaming platform, Bilibili. Furthermore, the Honkai Impact 3rd game is the third installment in the Honkai franchise, and was released in China in October 2016, followed by a release in Japan in February 2017. In addition to the animated series, the game has also inspired a lot of webcomics.
