The Kakushigoto manga will end this week

The Kakushigoto manga, which is written and illustrated by Kouji Kumeta, will come to an end in the next issue of Monthly Shounen Magazine which will be published this week in Japan. The final episode will consist of 58 pages. Additionally, it was announced that the latest compilation volume (volume 12) of this series will be released on July 17.


Kumeta began publishing the manga through a four-page chapter in Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Magazine in November 2015, and subsequently published the first official chapter in December of the same year. The series lists 12 compilation volumes.

The series has an anime adaptation which premiered last April under the production of Ajia-do Animation Works studios. The series will have a total of 12 episodes and is still broadcast.

Kakushigoto Synopsis

The comedy manga centers on Kakushi Goto, who doesn't want his daughter, Hime Goto, to find out that he's an adult manga author. The story focuses on the daily life of the family and the comic situations that the secret entails.
