In chapter 175 of the manga written and illustrated by Akki Sarumi, Rifle is Beautiful, it was announced that the work will come to an end with the publication of the next chapter, scheduled for July 2.
Sarumi began publishing the manga on Shueisha publisher Tonari no Young Jump website in April 2015. The publisher published the fifth compilation volume in September 2019.
The work inspired a twelve episode anime adaptation produced by Studio 3Hz, produced by Masanori Takahashi and scripts written by Tatsuya Takahashi, released in October 2019.
Synopsis of Rifle is Beautiful
Kokura Hikari is a first-year high school girl who loves rifle shooting. She decided to enter Chidori High School because she knew that the school had a shooting club, however, right after entering she realizes that the club has dissolved.
It is then when, in addition, it finds out that if it wants to restitute the club it needs to find sufficient members in less than a day. Fortunately, she manages to find three other freshman girls she had met in a shooting competition in high school.
This is how the daily activities of the new Chidori High School Rifle Shooting Club will begin.
