Yuki Kaji commented on Haruma Miura's death

Through his official Twitter account, voice actor Yuki Kaji published an update commenting on the death of actor Haruma Miura reported this morning. The publication stated the following:

“It was not for long, but I had the opportunity to work with him on some occasions. A very direct and friendly person who really cared about others, as well as an excellent actor. When we see each other again let's go get some rice and have a long talk. Haruma-kun, why is someone as good as you? It is mortifying. "
It turns out that both Yuki Kaji and Haruma Miura played the same character, Eren Jeager from the Shingeki no Kyojin series, only Kaji played him as a voice actor in the anime, and Miura as an actor in the live-action movies.

About Haruma Miura

Haruma Miura was born in Ibaraki Prefecture on April 5, 1990. He debuted as a child actor in the NHK series Agri in 1997. His first leading role was in the 2006 film Catch a Wave.

In addition, Miura played Eren Jaeger in the live-action film adaptations of the manga written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama, Shingeki no Kyojin. He also starred in other live-action manga adaptations, being Ren Kazama in Gokusen, Shota Kazehaya in Kimi ni Todoke, and Izumi in Akihabara @DEEP. Most recently, he played Itou Kamotarou in the live-action movie Gintama 2: Okite wa Yaburu Tame ni Koso Aru. In addition, he also lent his voice to the character Yama in the CG animated movie, Harlock: Spare Pirate.


Other film roles included Daisuke Iki in Naoko and Kentaro Saeki in The Eternal Zero. He also starred in plays, commercials, and television series, including the series Love will Begin when Money End, which will premiere in September.
