Production of the second season of Re: Zero will begin remotely

Through his Twitter account, one of the animation directors reported that the animation work from the sixth episode of the second season of Re: Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu is being carried out remotely. The full publication recites:

“I participated in episode 5 of this season of Re: Zero as a director. From this point on, I was working entirely from home due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, and I'm still here. ”
For its part, the series has been broadcast since July 8, and it is confirmed that it will have a total of 25 episodes, premiering its second half in January 2021. Tappei Nagatsuki began publishing the light novels in April 2012. on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website, and subsequently the Kadokawa publishing house began publishing on paper with illustrations by Shinichirou Otsuka in January 2014. The work has inspired multiple manga adaptations and one anime adaptation released in April 2016.
