The second part of the Jigokudou Reikai Tsuushin manga will start in October

In this year's ninth edition of Good! Afternoon of the Kodansha publishing house it was revealed that the "second part" of the manga written by Hinowa Kouzuki and illustrated by Mimori, Jigokudou Reikai Tsuushin, will begin its serialization in the eleventh edition of the magazine, on October 7th.


The manga entered the final arc of its "first part" in May 2018, and ended on June 5. For her part, Mimori began publication of the manga as an adaptation of the novels written by Kouzuki in Good! Kodansha publisher Afternoon in November 2008. The publisher published the eleventh compilation volume in April 2019, and will publish the twelfth and last of the first part on September 7.

The original novels inspired an OVA adaptation of two episodes produced by Toei Animation Studios in collaboration with Trans Arts, released in 1996 under the direction of Junichi Sato and scripts written by Miyuki Takahashi.

Synopsis of Jigokudou Reikai Tsuushin

Tetsushi (a fifth-grade delinquent student who rules over Jouin Elementary students), Ryouji (Tetsushi's right-hand man), and Yuusuke (his sometimes accomplice) are known to everyone as “the kings of evil pranks” .

In a dark pharmacy located outside the town, the boys meet a strange man who gives them a power from another world. Soon after, the boys will find themselves facing a variety of ghosts and demons!
