On the official site for the manga written and illustrated by Hiroya Oku, GIGANT, it was confirmed that the work has entered its final arc.
Oku began publishing the manga in Shogakukan publisher's Big Comic Superior magazine in December 2017. The publisher published the fifth compiled volume on February 28.
Oku is also the author of the Inuyashiki manga, which he published in Kodansha Publishing House's Evening magazine between January 2014 and July 2017, with a total of ten compiled volumes. The work inspired an eleven-episode anime adaptation produced by MAPPA studios, directed by Shuuhei Yabuta and scripts written by Hiroshi Seko, released in October 2017.
GIGANT Synopsis
Rei Yokoyamada, a student whose father works at a film production company, is inspired to create his own short film with his friends. One day, while recruiting actors, he discovers that it has been leaked that the adult film actress and flat girl Papico lives near his neighborhood. When he runs to the address looking to warn him, he runs into the porn actress herself. Little did he know that Papico is about to be involved in a strange event and supernatural event ... and that is that his chest becomes huge!
