Shokugeki no Souma publishes a special video for his ending

On the official Twitter account for the anime adaptation of the manga written by Yuuto Tsukuda and illustrated by Shun Saeki, Shokugeki no Souma, a special video was published for the thirteenth and last episode of the fifth season of the project, which will air on next September 25 in Japan.
The video recalls all the key events of the series to date, this because, in addition to the fact that the episode will end this fifth season, it will also end the anime adaptation in general.

For their part, Tsukuda and Saeki began publishing the manga in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 2012. Subsequently, the publication of three additional chapters as an epilogue entitled “Le dessert” in Jump Giga magazine was announced.

The manga has been adapted into four anime series by J.C Staff studio. The first season aired for 24 episodes in 2015. The second season of 13 episodes premiered in 2016. The third season, premiered in October 2017, and the second half premiered in April 2018. The fourth season, premiered in October 2019 and featured 12 episodes. Finally, the fifth season premiered on July 3.

Shokugeki no Souma Synopsis

Souma works with her father in the family restaurant. The young man dreams of being a better chef than his father. However, when he decides to close the restaurant to go to one of the best restaurants in Europe, he also throws him a challenge: to be the best student at Tootsuki, the best private cooking school in all of Japan. From then on, Sōma will have to put all the meat on the grill to graduate from one of the most demanding and competitive institutions in the world.
