On the official Twitter account for the anime adaptation of the manga World Trigger, it was announced that the broadcast of the sixth episode, originally scheduled for last January 13, will take place next January 20 in Japan. The broadcast will also take place on the same date through the Crunchyroll platform, which also issued a statement informing about the suspension of its transmission.

It is worth noting that the episode has already been broadcasted through streaming platforms in Japan, such as AbemaTV, however, it seems that the Crunchyroll platform did not have the permission to broadcast it due to licensing terms. This second season has been broadcasting in Japan since January 9 and is confirmed with thirteen episodes, along with the production of a third season. Daisuke Ashihara began publishing the manga in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 2013, counting since then with multiple breaks due to his fragile health.
Synopsis of World Trigger
When the door to another world suddenly opens on Earth, the city of Mikado is invaded by strange creatures known as "Neighbors," which are malicious beings with traditional weaponry. In response to this invasion, an organization known as the Border Defense Agency engages in combat with the Neighbors using weapons known as the "Triggers". Even several years after the battle began, the Vecinos remain a threat and members of the Agency are still on alert.
Despite this delicate situation, members in training, such as Osamu Mikumo, are not allowed to use their Triggers outside the headquarters. But when a mysterious student in his class is dragged into a forbidden area by bullies, the Neighbors launch an attack, and Osamu has no choice but to do what he believes is right. To his surprise, transfer student Yuuma Kuga quickly takes them on, revealing him to be a Neighbor in disguise.
