On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by Aki Hamaji , Bocchi the Rock! , a new promotional video of the project was published. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for October 8 in Japan, and reveals the opening theme song " Seishun Complex " and performed by the project's voice cast.
Hamaji began publishing the manga through Houbunsha 's Manga Time Kirara Max magazine in December 2017. The publisher published the fourth compiled book volume in August 2022, followed by the fifth on November 26 in Japan.
Synopsis of Bocchi the Rock!
Hitori Gotou is a high school girl who starts learning to play the guitar because she dreams of being in a band, but she is so shy that she hasn't made a single friend. However, her dream could come true after meeting Nijika Ijichi, a girl who plays drums and is looking for a new guitarist for her band.
