Mushoku Tensei reveals a visual for its second season

As previously announced, the anime adaptation of the light novels written by Rifujin na Magonote and illustrated by Sirotaka , Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation ( Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu ), held a special event in collaboration with the actors from voice Yumi Uchiyama (the voice of Rudeus) and Tomokazu Sugita (the voice of his former self).

During this event, a new promotional visual for the second season of the project was revealed, starring Rudeus Greyrat and a mysterious silver-haired character. In addition to the fact that the premiere remains scheduled for 2023, it was announced that, after conducting a new audition, Yumi Uchiyama will continue to play the now Rudeus (Teen) , and the actress shared a comment:

« I am pleased to announce that I will play the role of Rudeus in the second season. Rudeus's growth is a very important element of the play, so I am very proud to have been chosen after an exhaustive audition. I will take this sentiment to heart and cherish it when faced with the role of the new Rudeus

Rifujin na Magonote began publishing the light novels with illustrations by Sirotaka in January 2014 through Kadokawa 's MF Books imprint , ending it in November 2022. The manga adaptation by Yuka Fujikawa has been published since May 2014. The play inspired a twenty-three episode anime adaptation produced by Studio Bind , under the direction and scripts written by Manabu Okamoto .

Rudeus learns swordsmanship from his father, Paul, and meets Sylphiette, a girl his age who quickly becomes his best friend. As Rudeus's second lease on life begins, he tries to make the most of his new lease of life as he conquers his traumatic past. And maybe, someday, he can find the one thing he couldn't find in his old world: love.
