Synopsis of Nina the Starry Bride
Five years ago, a plague wiped out much
of the population of the land of Fortna. Nina, a girl with unique deep blue
eyes, counts her parents among the victims of the pandemic. To survive, she
teams up with a couple of fellow orphans and begins robbing the rich.
Unfortunately, Nina's life is struck again by tragedy when she finds herself
kidnapped by a group of mysterious men. Her main captor turns out to be none
other than Azure Seth Fortna, the second prince of the royal family. Her
half-sister Alisha, a reclusive priestess princess, died in an accident before
marrying the crown prince of the neighboring kingdom of Galgada.
Although Nina does not look the least
bit like the late princess, they do share one characteristic: her eye color,
unique in the world. Intending to prevent a war between the two kingdoms, Azure
plans to use Nina under the false pretense that she is the real Alisha. With
nothing more to lose, Nina reluctantly accepts the prince's proposal to replace
her deceased sister. Pretending to be royalty is no easy feat, but Azure helps
Nina until her departure. The fate of two nations rests on Nina's shoulders,
and she will make sure the stars are on her side.
