On February 17 in Japan, “ Angel Whisper Day ” is celebrated. This is another name for “ diamond dust ,” which forms when water vapor in the atmosphere freezes. It was established in 1994 to commemorate Japan's coldest recorded temperature of -41.2 degrees Celsius observed on the same day in 1978 in Hokkaido. When thinking of Whispers of Angels, many people think of the seiyuus. The seiyuus who bring the characters to life are sometimes called the voices of angels.

In this context, the anime industry comes together to celebrate the exceptional talent of voice actresses who have captivated fans with their angelic voices. Every year, anime fans in Japan eagerly wait for the results of the survey conducted by the Anime!Anime! which seeks to identify the voice actress or voice actor who possesses the most heavenly voice.

This year was not the exeption. From February 2 to 9, thousands of fans participated in the annual poll titled “Which voice actress do you think has the most angelic voice?” organized by Anime!Anime!. The results reveal fans' preferences and appreciations towards voice actresses who have left an indelible mark on the anime industry with their soft, melodious and charming voices.
