The popular platform MyAnimeList has revealed the long-awaited list of manga that Western fans want to see adapted to anime. The information comes from the annual magazine You Should Read This Manga 2024 , which is characterized as a manga discovery list created for (and by) international fans.

This list is a compilation of licensed manga titles curated by passionate readers, MyAnimeList members, bookstore employees, and more. They nominated which mangas they think should be read immediately. The finalists are divided into the main category and three subcategories (20 titles each): Should Be Anime , Best for Beginners , and Unique Art Story .

Importantly, all of the mangas included in the list are officially available outside of Japan in at least one language , with one or more volumes published in 2023.
