On the
official site for the anime adaptation of the video game developed by Arc
System Works , " Guilty Gear Strive ", the
opening sequence of the project was revealed, which will be titled " Guilty
Gear Strive: Dual Rulers ". The video shows the opening theme
titled " AXCLUSION " and performed by Ulma
Sound Junction , and lists that the premiere is scheduled for
next April 5 in Japan.
The
original game was released in June 2021 for the PlayStation 4,
PlayStation 5, and Microsoft Windows consoles , and later for Xbox
One, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch . It is the seventh
chronological installment in the " Guilty Gear "
franchise, but the twenty-fifth installment overall in the series. Overall,
" Guilty Gear Strive " received positive reviews
praising its visual style, gameplay mechanics, and netcode, and has sold over 3
million copies as of July 2024.
