The
production team of the second season of "Tensei Shitara Dainana Ōji Datta
no de, Kimamani Majutsu o Kiwamemasu"—known in English as "I Was
Reincarnated as the Seventh Prince to Calmly Perfect My Magical
Skills"—announced this Wednesday that the talented Nako Misaki is joining
the anime as the voice of Lami, a new character, and will also perform the
ending theme song, "Meteor."
The New
Season Premieres in July
The second
season of the anime is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, July 10 at 5:00 PM
(CET) on TV Tokyo, before expanding to other Japanese networks.

In addition
to Misaki, two new characters played by renowned actresses have been added:
Manaka
Iwami as Iisha, a kind sister who works at a church in the Dane district.
Minami Tsuda as Saria, Lloyd's older sister and the fourth princess of the
kingdom of Saloum.
The first
season premiered in April 2024 on TV Tokyo and BS NTV, and is available to
stream on Crunchyroll.
Jin
Tamamura (The Girl in Twilight) is once again in charge of directing at the
Tsumugi Akita Anime Lab studio. The music is composed by R.O.N (STEREO DIVE
FOUNDATION), and Naoki Tozuka is in charge of series composition and scripts.
Kaede
Higuchi performs the opening theme song.
Singer
Kaede Higuchi will voice the opening theme song "CALLING†,"
accompanying the return of the little prince's story with extraordinary magical
talent.
The manga
and novels continue to gain popularity.
The manga,
based on the Kenkyo na Circle light novels and featuring character designs by
Meru, began serialization in 2020 on Kodansha's Magazine Pocket app. The 19th
compiled book volume was released on May 9.
The light
novels debuted on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō platform in October 2019, and Kodansha
has now published nine volumes, the last of which was released on March 31.
