Following
its long-awaited premiere on July 11, 2025 in Japan, the TOUGEN
ANKI anime continues to generate excitement among fans with the
official release of the music videos for its opening and
closing theme.
THE ORAL
CIGARETTES sets the pace for the opening with "OVERNIGHT"
Japanese
rock band THE ORAL CIGARETTES, recognized for their musical
works in anime such as Noragami Aragoto and Scarlet
Nexus, perform the opening theme song "OVERNIGHT." This
song, her seventeenth digital single, was officially released
on July 11.
The video
clip for "OVERNIGHT", as well as the uncredited version of the
anime's opening, are now available on the band's and the animated
project's official YouTube channels.
BAND-MAID
brings strength to the ending with "What is justice?"
For their
part, the female hard rock band BAND-MAID performs the closing
theme "What is justice?", their third work for anime so far
in 2025. This track was released digitally on July 17, adding to
her repertoire along with "Zen" for ZENSHU and
"Ready to Rock" for Rock Is a Lady's Modesty.
Both music
videos reflect the intensity and somber tone of the series, further
strengthening the visual and emotional experience of the anime.
