History
of popularity and its challenges
Chitose
Is in the Ramune Bottle revolves around Saku Chitose, the most popular student
in his high school. His life seems perfect: he has attractive friends, an
impeccable reputation and the ability to overcome any conflict, even attacks on
social networks. However, everything changes when a teacher asks him to help a
classmate who has been isolated in his room for months. What at first seemed
like a typical high school romantic comedy, soon becomes a story that
explores social pressure, empathy and the contrasts between different
ways of life.
