premiere on July 2, the original action-fantasy anime Onmyo
Kaiten: Re:Birth Verse continues to gain popularity. Now, their opening and closing songs
have been released as music videos on the official channels of the artists who
perform them.
Who-ya
Extended ignites the action with "CRY OUT CRY OVER"
The opening
theme, titled "CRY OUT CRY OVER", is provided by
creative unit Who-ya Extended, renowned for their work on PSYCHO-PASS, JUJUTSU
KAISEN and Bye Bye, Earth. This single was released
digitally on July 3, while the CD version will hit stores on August
27.
In addition
to the music video, the anime's uncredited opening sequence was also released,
allowing fans to enjoy the full animation alongside the powerful theme song.
9Lana
thrills with her vocal versatility on "TURN OVER"
Meanwhile,
singer 9Lana, known for her ability to switch between nine
different tones of voice, performs the emotional closing song "TURN
OVER." This piece marked his official debut in April 2024 as an
anime artist with a theme for Pocket Monster.
The digital
single was released on July 2, and its CD version is scheduled
for September 10. Like the opening, the uncredited ending video is
now available, highlighting the melancholic and emotional atmosphere of the
series.
A story
of parallel worlds and second chances
Onmyo
Kaiten: Re:Birth Verse is an original production that premiered in Japan on July
2, 2025 and can be seen from Spain through an anime platform. The
story follows Narihira Takeru, a troubled young man who constantly
dreams of a mysterious girl named Tsukimiya.
After an
unexpected accident, Takeru wakes up in a parallel universe where Tsukimiya
lives. However, they are both attacked and killed by a monster. Takeru awakens
again, realizing that he has traveled back in time. With the help of the
legendary Abe Seimei, he must train to save Tsukimiya and change
fate.
