Animation
studio IMAGICA Infos announced that it is working on a "light
anime" adaptation of the Potion, Waga Mi or Tasukeru (also
known as Potions Will Save Me) novel series, written by Akira
Iwafune. The premiere is scheduled for October 2025 on
Japanese television.
The "light
anime" format is characterized by using a simpler animation
style, with the aim of reducing production time and costs. This format has
already been used by the same studio in titles such as Lockdown Zone:
Level X, Moriarty's Perfect Crime and With
Vengeance, Sincerely, Your Broken Saintess.
World of
Potions, Elves and Dragons

fantasy world inhabited by elves, beastmen, and dragons. After

and saying the magic word: "Create". With this
ability, Kaede will try to survive in this unknown world and find a way to
return to Japan.
Experienced
creative team
The anime
will be directed by Mikiko Furukawa (Moriarty's Perfect
Crime) and will be supported by Imageworks Studio and Studio
KAIBA in the animation. Yūichi Imaizumi will be in
charge of the sound direction, while the music will be composed by bermei.inazawa.
Production supervision will be in charge of Kazuya Takahashi.
