The
publisher Kadokawa announced that the light novel series Yowaki
MAX Reijou nanoni, Ratsuwan Konyakusha-sama no Kake ni Notte Shimatta (Even
Though She's a Timid Young Lady to the Max, She Agreed to Her Shrewd Fiancé's
Bet), written by Hiro Oda, it will have one anime
adaptation for television. The announcement was accompanied by a visual
teaser and a promotional video.
The voice
actress Miku Ito she will play the protagonist again Pia
Rockwell, while Ryota Osaka he will resume his role
as Rufus Stan. Both had already given voice to these characters in
it drama CD of the novels and in the voice comic from
manga.
The
artists Tsubasa.v, original illustrator of the novels, and Aji
Murata, responsible for the manga version, shared commemorative
illustrations for the announcement of the anime.
A
romantic comedy with an isekai twist
The story
continues Pia, a university student who is reincarnated as a
ten-year-old girl within a otome game. In this new life, she
discovers that she is destined to become a secondary villain whose story ends
with her broken engagement and exile. Determined to avoid that fate, she asks
her fiancé Rufus Stan, son of the prime minister, break the
engagement immediately. However, his unexpected sincerity piques the interest
of Rufus, who proposes a bet: to see if he will really cancel the engagement in
seven years.

details
Hiro Oda
began posting the story on the site Shōsetsuka ni Narō in
January 2020. Kadokawa released the printed version in August of the same year
with illustrations by Tsubasa.v. To date, the series has seven
volumes, the most recent published in April 2024, and more than 1.2
million copies in circulation.
The manga
adaptation, drawn by Aji Murata, started in 2021 on the
portal Comic Walker inside the seal Flos Comic from
Kadokawa. The fourth compilation volume was published in January 2024.
At the moment, the premiere date of the anime and details about its animation studio have not been confirmed, but Kadokawa announced that more information will be revealed in the coming months.
