Coamix announced
that the manga Otaku ni Yasashii Gal wa Inai!? (Gals Can't Be
Kind to Otaku!?), written by Norishiro-chan and illustrated
by Sakana Uozumi, will receive an anime adaptation scheduled
for 2026. The statement did not detail the format of the
production.

The work
began in the Monthly Comic Zenon magazine in August
2021. Since then, Coamix has released ten compilation
volumes, the most recent released on June 20. Volume number 11 will
be released on October 20.

In addition
to this announcement, the publisher recalled that another work by Norishiro-chan,
in collaboration with Yukiji Setsuda, entitled Kizetsu
Yusha to Ansatsu Hime, also has an animated adaptation. This anime
premiered on July 5 and is currently on air, available
through Crunchyroll under the international title The
Shy Hero and the Assassin Princesses. The manga debuted in Weekly
Shonen Champion in October 2022 and has thirteen
volumes published as of September 8.
