About
the franchise
The story
follows Princess Anisphia, who renounces her right to the throne to dedicate
herself to "magicology" using knowledge from her past life, and
Euphyllia, a noble genius unjustly disowned.
The
popularity of the work led to a 12-episode anime adaptation produced by
studio Diomedea, which aired in winter 2023 and was broadcast on
Crunchyroll. In addition, it has a manga adaptation made by Harutsugu Nadaka
that has been serialized in Monthly Dengeki Maoh magazine
since July 2020.
