The climax
of the most famous love lie in anime is approaching. The production team of
Reiji Miyajima's animated adaptation of the manga revealed a teaser video for
the fifth season of Kanojo Okarishimasu (Rent-A-Girlfriend)
on Thursday. The announcement confirmed that the series will premiere
next April on the Animeism programming block.
Although
technically this installment corresponds to the second course of the previously
announced fourth season, it is promoted as the direct continuation that will
adapt the conclusion of the crucial "Hawaiians Arc".

Okarishimasu Season Five Details
The
promotional video begins with a monologue by Kazuya Kinoshita, reflecting on
the imminent end of her rented life full of lies. Amid a tense atmosphere that
shows the serious expressions of Mami Nanami and Ruka Sarashina, the trailer
culminates with a shocking scene: an intimate kiss between Kazuya and Chizuru
Mizuhara, raising fans' expectations.

themes
For this
decisive stage in history, artists with a deep connection to the work have been
selected:
- Opening: "Non Scenario
Etude", performed, written and composed by Sora Amamiya (the
voice of Chizuru Mizuhara). This is the first time the actress has
contributed an original composition to the series.
- Ending: "204 Goshitsu", performed by the band Nakigoto, known for their emotional lyrics about everyday life.
