About the franchise

The story follows Bard Cornelius, the son of a noble family in the kingdom of Mauritia. His existence takes a radical turn as he harbors three consciousnesses within him: his own, that of a veteran warrior of ancient Japan expert in combat and finance, and that of a modern high school student fond of animal ears with a vast knowledge of contemporary technology. Combining military tactics, commercial innovations, and their strength, this unusual team will seek to transform the future of the entire nation.

The original work, written by Ryosen Takami and illustrated by Ririnra, has managed to surpass the figure of 1.35 million copies in circulation. Additionally, the story has a manga adaptation by mangaka Honoji, which has been published since 2015 and is about to release its fourteenth compilation volume in Japan.
