The
official website of the animated adaptation of the manga Ponkotsu
Fuukiin to Skirt Take ga Futekisetsu na JK no Hanashi (known in English
as Story of the Useless Public Morals Committeeman and the High School
Girl With Inappropriate Skirt Length) updated its information on Monday
with a new promotional video and visual image. The production committee took
advantage of the revelation to confirm that the series will begin airing
on television on April 6.
The video
trailer served to formally introduce the musical themes that will accompany the
episodes. The rock band osage (known for their participation
in Ao no Miburo) will perform the opening theme titled
"Hitorigoto". On the other hand, the MEminor group
will be in charge of the closing theme, which is called "Heya to Garakuta
to Watashi".

The
animation work is being carried out by the Zero-G studio. In
the director's chair is Daiji Iwanaga, whom you surely place
because of his role as chief director in Sankaku Mado no Sotogawa wa
Yoru. The script department has a fairly robust team headed by Masahiro
Yokotani (Make Heroine ga Oosugiru!) in direct collaboration
with Takahito Oonishi (Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon)
and Tomoko Konparu (Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi).
For its
part, the character designs are being adapted by You Himuro (animation
director at Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru). The soundtrack is a
joint effort composed of Kanki Iwamoto, Hisashi Tenkyuu, Takashi
Toriyama and Yoshiaki Kitazume.
