If you have
been following the adventures of the most famous orange haired man in anime for
years, get your tissues ready and make an appointment with your trusted
therapist. The production team of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War has
just dropped a bombshell that left us all open-mouthed: the main trailer
for The Calamity, the fourth and final part of this beastly
adaptation. And to put the hype through the roof, they
confirmed that the outcome of this legendary story will officially land in the
summer season, specifically in July 2026.
Admittedly,
the decision to split this huge story arc into four cours (parts)
was the production committee's smartest move. Since the franchise returned from
the grave in October 2022, we've been delivered nothing but pure visual
excellence. After enjoying the second part in 2023 and being traumatized by the
rawness of The Conflict at the end of 2024, directors Tomohisa
Taguchi and Hikaru Murata have shown us that the wait
is worth every damn second. In addition, having creator Tite Kubo himself
meticulously overseeing the project ensures that volumes 55 to 74 of the manga
will receive an adaptation worthy of the gods.

is abruptly broken when warning sirens sound throughout Soul Society.
Inhabitants of different areas are disappearing without a trace and chaos is
unleashed in the Seireitei. Meanwhile, in Karakura City, surrogate Soul Reaper

work of the Wandenreich, a hidden empire of lethal Quincys led by the
all-powerful Yhwach. Declaring open war on the Soul Reapers, the Wandenreich
launches a full-scale invasion that threatens to destroy the balance between
the worlds. After learning of the impending annihilation, Ichigo wields his
