Reincarnating
inside your favorite adult video game sounds like the perfect plan, unless fate
decides to play tricks on you and turn you into the unfortunate secondary
character that only serves as comic relief. The long-awaited animated
adaptation of the light novels Magical Explorer is
ready for its television debut, officially confirming that it will premiere on
October 3, 2026.
The
production committee revealed a new promotional trailer and a second visual
image where the final designs of the main characters can be seen. To the
surprise of many, the singer ASCA will be in charge of
performing both the opening theme titled "Remedy" and the closing
theme "Double Wings". The published trailer offers a direct preview
of the opening while showing the crazy situations that the protagonist will
face.
The
animation will be in charge of the acclaimed WHITE FOX studio,
with the direction of Kazuki Ohashi. The supervision of the scripts
falls to Satoko Sekine, while Ryosuke Kimiya is in
charge of the character design. Likewise, renowned composer Kenichiro
Suehiro will be behind the soundtrack to give that touch of fantasy
and emotion to each chapter within the anime industry.

Sobre Magical Explorer
Written
by Iris and illustrated by Noboru Kannatsuki,
the light novel series began publication on the Shosetsuka ni
Naro website in February 2018, and was later acquired by Kadokawa in
November 2019. The work also has a manga adaptation illustrated by Yukari Higa
on the Young Ace Up platform. The plot follows the misadventures of Kosuke
Takioto, who after being reborn in the world of the legendary dating
simulator Magical Explorer, discovers to his horror that he is not
the invincible hero full of tricky skills, but the secondary and unfortunate
friend who only serves for comic relief, so he will use all his knowledge of
the game to change his destiny.
