The Pet manga will have a sequel

The official Twitter account for the anime adaptation of Ranjou Miyake's manga, Pet revealed that the author will release a sequel titled Fish.



The manga will focus on the future lives of the “pets” of the story, particularly Hiroki and Satoru. The series will debut in Kadokawa's Monthly Comic Beam magazine this winter.

For its part, the anime adaptation of the Pet manga premiered on January 6 and had thirteen episodes. Miyake published this manga in Shogakukan's Weekly Big Comic Spirits magazine, and Kadokawa's publisher subsequently published a five-volume “remastering” in 2009.

Synopsis of Pet

The suspense story focuses on people who possess the ability to infiltrate the minds of others and manipulate their memories. His powers have been used in the underworld to cover incidents, murders, and other crimes.

But the use of this power can destroy the essence of its bearer. So they must protect their own lives by bonding with others.
