Go-Toubun no Hanayome was published in the pages of Kodansha editorial Weekly Shonen Magazine between August 2017 and February 2020. The work inspired an anime adaptation released in January 2019 and a second season that is now slated for premiere in January 2021. In addition, rumors suggest that the second season will feature an original story, but have not been confirmed.
