The final chapter of the manga written and illustrated by Natsume Ono, Have a Great Sunday, was published in the July issue of Kodansha's Morning Two magazine. The fourth and final compilation volume will be released on August 20.
Ono began publishing the manga in Kodansha publisher's Morning Two magazine in 2017. The publisher published the third compilation volume in May 2019.
Since her 2003 debut with La Quinta Camera: 5 Banme no Heya, the author has published other manga series such as Sarai-ya Goyou, Ristorante Paradiso, Gente: Ristorante no Hitobito, Tesoro: Ono Natsume Shoki Tampenshuu, and Not Simple.
Synopsis of Have a Great Sunday
The story centers on the novelist Rinji Sasai, who has lived in New York for a long time, but is forced to return to Tokyo due to certain circumstances. While he gets used to the freedom of living alone, every Sunday he is visited by his son Max and his son-in-law Yasu, at the same time that the three of them enjoy their time during this day off, committed to making Sunday the best day of the week every time they meet.
