Re: Zero reveals a promotional video for its game for smartphones

A promotional video for the delivery was posted on the official Twitter account for the Re: Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu: Lost in Memories smartphone game.
The game is based on light novels written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichirou Otsuka, Re: Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu, and is slated for release in Japan this summer.

Delivery will be free-to-play with an internal store. White Fox studios are producing the animations while Kenichi Kawamura, who worked on the storyboards for the first season, is directing the animation. The author of the novels, Tappei Nagatsuki is supervising the project.

Users will be able to play as Subaru within the game, which will follow the narrative line of the anime. However, users will also be able to make the different decisions to go to the “What if?” Timelines. respective. Additionally, the game will also include an original story.

Tappei Nagatsuki began publishing the light novels in April 2012 on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website, and subsequently the Kadokawa publishing company began publishing on paper with illustrations by Shinichirou Otsuka in January 2014.

The play has inspired multiple manga adaptations and an anime adaptation released in April 2016, the second season of which will premiere in July this year after being delayed from its original date in April.
