Author duo Akira Himekawa announced that The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess manga will enter its final arc beginning in the next chapter on June 29.
Himekawa started publishing the manga on Shogakukan publisher Manga One app in February 2016. The duo previously serialized a new chapter every week, but have recently been making updates every month. In fact, this manga marked the return of the duo in a series from The Legend of Zelda after an eight-year hiatus. The publisher published the eighth compilation volume on March 27.
Furthermore, Himekawa published the original The Legend of Zelda manga between 1998 and 2008. The duo also drew the foreword to the game The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword in 2011.
Synopsis of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
In this story, Link, a shepherd from Ordon Village, witnesses how the children of the village, including his childhood friend Ilia, are kidnapped by monsters. He chases after them only to be caught up in the twilight. Then suddenly Link is turned into a wolf and meets a mysterious character who identifies as Midna. Your journey to bring the world back to light will begin.
